The amplifier MAP 105 has been carefully designed and built, as was meant to provide performance and opportunities as good as our best amplifiers.

The combination of FET transistors with bipolar power transistors enables the amplifier MAP 105 to bring about exceptional musical performance. This hybrid type of assemblage gives to the output softness and a natural and detailed rendering. On the other hand, the use of low noise resistors and sound-friendly capacitor guarantees high reliability.

The use of two large toroïdal transformers, enables MAP 105 to produce a powerful output of 70 W per channel in class AB *, the first 15 Watts are in class A*. The commutation of Class A* towards class AB** is automatic.

The number of connection facilities enables numerous connections to different sources.

Five inputs, whose commutation is performed by relays, can connect four high-level sources as well as a phono input for a turntable equipped with a moving magnet cartridge, or moving coil cartridge.

It is also possible de disconnect the pre-amplifier section, from the amplifier section, to use a subwoofer for example, or use only the power amplifier to improve the musical output of the front left and front right channels, in Audio Video.

A remote control device delivered with MAP 105 makes it easier to use. 

*Class A imposes a constant current in the power transistors whatever the requested power (up to 15 Watts, in the case of MAA 105), which significantly improves the dynamic response of the amplifier.

**Class AB adjusts a variable current in the power transistors according to the requested power.
