How can we describe the preamplifier MPP 1000 when qualifiers are too weak?

In fact, more than qualifiers, the design of MPP1000 is like a good story, which we are going to tell you.

In order to design the whole range of Advance Acoustic products, our laboratory is of course equipped with measuring devices and other high-quality software, which assist us in the development of our products.  However to improve the final product, we also use a reference system, which enables us to carry out numerous comparative tests on various types of music. This working method is stricter, and allows us to guarantee a family resemblance that you find in all our products.

We have designed this system, the true reference system of our laboratory, without any compromise, we put no limits to its manufacturing costs. No obstacle was prohibitive.  We were simply guided, as a top sportsman who, by personal motivation, wants to surpass himself, wants to exceed his own limits.

And then,

Once upon a time…

During a meeting in our offices, at Brie-Comte-Robert, we approached a burning subject which we had at heart: what product could we design which would be more than a showcase of our expertise? Which product would be so much better, than it would be indisputably acknowledged in the world of High Fidelity?

After a long and exciting debate, what was meant to be, happened. We decided to produce a limited edition of our reference system. Its name?

The 1000 range

It may be by chance, but it translates well the goal we wanted to attain!

With an elegant presentation and captivating performance, the MPP 1000 is:

- Nine inputs (- two symmetric “high level” - five asymmetric “high level - one phono input for a turntable equipped with a mobile magnet cell - one phono input for a turntable equipped with a mobile resistor cell).
